On average, it takes five to nine months to go from executing the Franchise Agreement to being open for business. Factors such as time to select a location and negotiate a lease, complete the build-out, and acquire appropriate licenses will impact your actual timeline.
In general, the process has the following steps:

Visit our website- Learn about The Boardroom Salon for Men and our franchise offering. Make note of your questions for the next step. |

Schedule an introductory call- Contact us for a brief phone conference to address your questions and learn more about The Boardroom. |
| 3. |
Complete our Franchise Application- Once you have had your questions answered and wish to continue the evaluation process, you will need to complete a franchise application. |

Receive and Review our Franchise Offering Circular(FOC)- When your application is completed and accepted, we will send to you our FOC documents and make more information and resources available to you. |

Discovery Day- Come to Southlake, TX to meet us and tour our salons and corporate office. |
| 6. |
Review Franchise Agreement- We will provide you with another copy of the franchise agreement for your review. |
| 7. |
Elect to Become a Franchisee by Executing the Franchise Agreement- Sign the franchise agreement and become a part of The Boardroom Salon for Men |
| 8. |
Receive Pre-Opening Manual- The Pre-Opening Manual walks you through the start-up process from becoming a franchisee to your Grand Opening. |

Determine Final Location- Lock down your location and start your build-out. |
